Wilks Broadcast Lubbock, LLC is seeking a full time TRAFFIC COORDINATOR to complement its existing traffic staff. The position controls and processes all commercial traffic sales orders and revision orders. Communicates with sales staff regarding order issues to prevent billing problems and commercial log discrepancies, assists sales staff regarding their advertiser’s commercials when necessary, prepares daily spreadsheets, enters production orders, assists supervisor in resolution of discrepancies, and assists sales staff in the resolution of bumped spots, and prepares commercial logs for designated radio stations.

Data entry experience is helpful but ten key is required.
Being extremely detail oriented and organized is essential to this position. In addition the successful candidate has the ability to multi-task, successfully meet deadlines, problem solve, as well as the ability research and analyze information.
This position’s greatest challenge is to provide advertisers with accurate commercial placement and billing, while working within intercompany policy, procedure and deadlines. Reliability and dedication to job performance is required.
