Cornmeal Yogurt Scrub. The cornmeal acts as a mild abrasive, and the yogurt and oil nourish the skin.
1/4 cup stone-ground cornmeal 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Mix everything together. Moisten skin with warm water and massage mixture into skin with an upward/outward motion. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes, then rinse.
