A Florida man thought he got the deal of the century when he bought a $177,000 villa property for just $9,100 – until he checked it out for himself.
That’s when Kevin Holness realized his property was just a one-foot-wide strip of land that separated two other properties – valued at about $50.
Holness called it “deception” and says he wants a refund. But the county says all sales are final and that their website listed the low dollar value of the property.
Do you think Holness should get his money back?
