I always liked Bourdain for his ability to just speak his mind. Bourdain never held anything back, from his drug addiction to eating some of the oddest things in the world.
“Your body is not a temple, it’s an amusement park. Enjoy the ride,” he wrote in his memoir, “Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly.”
