City of Lubbock Vector Control Offering Online Service Requests for Mosquito Spraying

The City of Lubbock’s Vector Control Department has a new way for citizens to request mosquito spraying service in their neighborhoods. Replacing the mosquito hotline, citizens can now fill out online service requests for the type of mosquito treatment they need: adult mosquitoes, mosquito larvae breeding area, and advance request for a public event.

This is a way for Vector Control to have more accurate information, and to better address possible mosquito issues across the community.

Citizens without computer or internet access, can visit any of the Lubbock Library branches to access both; or call 311 to get help making a request.
